Nebraska's Laura Ebke: Convention of States is the Founders' own solution to federal overreach

The Founders included Article V in the Constitution for such a time as this. As Nebraska's Laura Ebke explains in the video below, the Founders would fully support the states calling an Article V Convention of States.
