James Madison University's College Republicans are hosting an educational session with renowned constitutional attorney Michael Farris, head of the Convention of States Project. Farris will explain the history and function of Article V’s Convention of States mechanism and discuss why he believes it may be our nation’s last, best hope for restraining an out-of-control federal government and restoring federalism. He will also respond to common objections and answer your questions.
