COME! LEARN about the U.S. Constitution and a Convention of States SO THAT YOU can decide for yourself based on FACTS!

Monday, Jan. 26, 7 pm, Helena College U. of Montana-- 1115 N. Roberts, Lecture Hall 125 Power Point and Lecture by Professor Rob Natelson & Information on using provisions of Article V to call a Convention of States by Mark Meckler, first door on left inside main entrance, overflow parking across the street in Helena High School lot.

Professor Robert “Rob” K. Natelson, Senior Fellow in Constitutional Jurisprudence and Director of the Article V Information Center at the Independence Institute, will report on his scrupulous Article V scholarly research, including historical practice and what the courts tell us about applying it.

Mark Meckler, President of Citizens for Self-Governance, parent organization of the Convention of States Project, will provide information about the nonpartisan proposal to use Article V to call a Convention of States.  Georgia, Florida and Alaska have adopted the conformed resolution.  The Montana Joint Resolution is sponsored by Sen. Roger Webb, Rep. Seth Berglee and others.
